Smiling Assassin on illegal e-bike

At Hillarys Marina heading north, E-bike pulled out of a side street and almost rammed into my right side, skidding its rear tyre and seemed to think almost making me crash was just great craic.

Uploaded to crimestoppers and never head anything more - you can't upload to report a hoon as it requires a registration plate number...
