Truck knowingly attempts to run down cyclists in bike lane

Large gravel truck approached riding group turning right and pushed his way between cyclists. When the group proceeded to make the left turn into the bike lane the truck driver took the turn extremely wide trapping some in the group between the truck and the curb. He managed to hit my helmet with the black bar on the side of the truck. Sharing the road in a very bike friendly town with a speed limit of 20 mph has become a unreasonable.
