3 vehicles in quick succession performing a close pass while I was well over to the right of the lane to pass a parked vehicle and there was a lot of oncoming traffic. The Cook Electrical Citroen Relay Van was the worst. Time on the video is GMT. I know from long experience that this will be completely ignored by Lancashire Constabulary.
