Right Hook into an very close call

I was approaching a known problem intersection. I took the lane to maybe go around the Ford Escape (MD 9CY7707) on the left but as I approached the car was not signaling and I had to make an immediate right after this intersection. Based on the car's lack of signal I took the bike lane again and planned on passing as the Escape was signaling a straight through (or lack of signal indicated a straight through.) Right as I got on her she made the right hand turn and I was less than an inch from hitting her. Locked up my brakes and skidded to a stop.
