Tesla Cyclist Warning Disregarded

Was cycling uphill and my Garmin rear light sensor showed a car coming from behind while I could see cars coming ahead (as could the car behind me). The car behind did not change speed and whizzed right by me nearly grazing me. It was a minor miracle that I was not clipped by it.
