School Commute Chaos

Approached road crossing with green right of way visible; amber flashing light to turning traffic also visible. Slowed to cross and was about to cross when BMW SUV turned and went through crossing narrowly missing front wheel. Driver was a father looking and talking to his son in front seat, and not paying attention to the crossing.
