Pass and Cut at Ford Drive

I was on Ford Drive and on the left turn lane, I had to slow down due to upcoming traffic. This men passed on the right to cut in front of me. He lived 30 secondes away from where he cut me. So sad to see people trying to save a few seconds and putting people at risk.
