Close pass pleads ignorance

Morning ride to work on backstreets, cars parked both sides of narrow street. Most drivers are sensible and allow you space before passing, but not this guy; wedges me inbetween cars with centermeters either side, completely oblvious. However, I caught up with him when I reach my destination and let him know I wasn' happy with his driving abiity.
His inability to wait means that I could have been a statistic.
