Close pass by an old bloke on Hawthorne Parade, Lilyfield

I edited the video for brevity, but I chased the driver and caught up with him 5 minutes later as he pulled into his driveway. Turned out he was an old bloke aged maybe 85-90 who was so confused, he didn't remember passing me at all. I let it go. I was a bit torn about this incident - if I reported it to the police, they might have deemed him unfit to drive, and take away his license. On the other hand, maybe that would have been the best thing to do.
