Right turn in petrol station – forced a sorry out of driver (German)

Riding on the cycle path and of course - petrol stations are destined for sudden right turns. This guy cut me off, I followed him asking in a loud voice if he didn't see me. Took him a while to actually notice me and then at least had the decency to say sorry.
